The Opportunity

PYBAR is seeking a Site Administrator to join our growing NSW team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in administration who is eager to break into the mining industry.

You’ll work both autonomously and as part of a supportive team, providing vital administrative support across a range of site activities.

This is a Monday to Friday, site-based position offering flexible working hours for the right candidate.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our underground operations while gaining valuable skills, experience, and industry knowledge to grow your mining career.

Roster & Location

- full-time position on a Monday to Friday roster

- Based in the Armidale region (local candidates preferred)

What You Will Need to Succeed

- Previous administrative experience (experience from any industry considered)

- Strong computer literacy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Great teamwork skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

- Valid C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (essential)

- Ability to meet all site access requirements (including Medical, Drug and Alcohol test, NPC, and valid Driver’s Licence)
