**Role Overview**:
As a Site Team Administrator, you will be an integral part of our on-site operations. Your responsibilities will encompass general administration, logistics coordination, team support, onboarding, and training coordination. Your role will be essential in maintaining efficient site operations and fostering a collaborative working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the construction management team.
- Coordinate logistics, including rostering, accommodation, and purchasing.
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and assist in maintaining safety systems.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in office or site administrative coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, Aconex (or similar), and safety systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
- Valid Class C Driver's License.
