About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our team. You'll be working alongside our full-time Administration Officer, helping to manage day-to-day office operations and supporting both administrative and accounts-related tasks.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexibility, work-life balance, and a friendly office environment.
Start date is flexible – we're happy to work with the right candidate on timing.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration and clerical duties as required
Data entry, filing, and document preparation
Creating and scheduling social media posts to support company visibility and branding
Supporting project documentation and team coordination
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with MYOB is preferred but not essential
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Prior admin experience
