As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Transport Administrator / Internal Sales Coordinator to help keep our operations and customer experience running smoothly.

This role suits someone who loves organisation, accuracy, and being the calm centre of a fast-moving environment.

About the Role

You'll join our Transport Operations Team at Arundel, coordinating day-to-day logistics between customers, drivers, and depots.

It's a hands-on, varied role that blends data entry, customer service, and transport admin — ideal for someone who takes pride in getting things right and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

A Typical Day Might Include:

  • Accurately entering and managing freight bookings and customer orders.
  • Providing customers with order updates and delivery timeframes.
  • Reconciling data across systems and customer portals.
  • Assisting with quotes and cost confirmations for transport jobs.
  • Coordinating with drivers, depots, and the sales team to resolve issues quickly.
  • Supporting reporting, invoicing, and other admin tasks that keep things moving.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Confidence using systems such as CRMs, customer portals, or the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Experience in transport, logistics, accounts, or customer service.
  • The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • A proactive, team-first attitude.
  • (Bonus) Experience in finance, invoicing, or account reconciliation.
