Job Description: As a Internal Sales & Office administration at ISCS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Sales, production and logistics processes. You will work closely with our Sales, Tech support, production and logistics teams to coordinate activities, monitor inventory, and maintain quality standards. If you are a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual, we want you to be a part of our team, with opportunities to grow and expand on your role in the future.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Processing product and sales orders
  • Checking prices and accuracy of data entry
  • Supporting the sales force with general operation to help reach the teams objectives
  • Arranging Stock transfers – when required
  • Taking phone enquiries from customers with the view of building good customer relations and passing them on to the appropriate sales personnel
  • Assist sales staff by processing quotes and delivering them in a timely manner
  • Communicate internally and report important feedback from customers
  • Reporting to the branch manager

Desired Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate must have outstanding drive and willingness to.

  • Have good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Ensure high level of data entry accuracy.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office Suite and the internal CRM System –  CRM training provided.
  • Present and dress in an appropriate professional manager
  • Be reliable and report to work on time.
