A boutique residential building company on the Gold Coast is looking for a proactive, detail-loving Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our team. You'll be supporting both the finance and project teams with day-to-day admin, accounts, and compliance.


Your responsibilities will include:
  • Accounts receivable, invoice processing and payment summaries
  • Data entry and document control across key systems
  • Assisting estimators with supplier quotes, POs, and subcontract agreements
  • Managing WHS compliance documentation and certification processes
  • General admin including meeting coordination and action follow-up

You're a great fit if you:
  • Have bookkeeping experience
  • Are energetic, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy being part of a collaborative team
  • Have construction admin experience
  • Are willing to be in the office Mon-Fri (hours flexible)
