A boutique residential building company on the Gold Coast is looking for a proactive, detail-loving Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our team. You'll be supporting both the finance and project teams with day-to-day admin, accounts, and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts receivable, invoice processing and payment summaries
- Data entry and document control across key systems
- Assisting estimators with supplier quotes, POs, and subcontract agreements
- Managing WHS compliance documentation and certification processes
- General admin including meeting coordination and action follow-up
You're a great fit if you:
- Have bookkeeping experience
- Are energetic, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Communicate clearly and enjoy being part of a collaborative team
- Have construction admin experience
- Are willing to be in the office Mon-Fri (hours flexible)
