The Opportunity

We're looking for a 
Procurement Administrator
 to support our busy procurement and construction teams. This is a task-driven, detail-oriented role that's perfect for someone who enjoys process work and thrives on accuracy and routine.

You'll be responsible for a 
high volume of data entry
 and 
administrative tasks
 that are crucial in keeping our projects running smoothly. From raising purchase orders and processing documentation, to updating budgets and managing folders—your attention to detail will ensure our backend processes are spot on.

This role will suit someone who is methodical, reliable, and happy to work through consistent workflows. If you're someone who finds satisfaction in getting the details right and keeping things organised, we want to hear from you.

Typical duties include:

  • High-volume data entry of project, supplier, and cost information
  • Creating, issuing and tracking purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics teams
  • Assisting with tender packages, quotes, and agreement preparation
  • Filing, scanning, document control and keeping project folders up to date
  • Supporting weekly budget tracking and reporting via Jobpac
  • Compiling and maintaining key project documentation
  • Sitting in on consultant or team meetings to take minutes and track actions
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, suppliers and office staff

You'll ideally bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in construction admin or related industry exposure
  • High level of accuracy with data entry and document handling
  • Ability to work independently
  • A general understanding of construction terminology, materials and workflows
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage repetitive tasks with consistency and care
  • Exposure to Jobpac (preferred but not essential)
  • Construction White Card & C Class Driver's Licence
