Perth, Western Australia WA Apartment management Pty Ltd Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This 4 star Apartment style property is situated in the east end of Perth City and we are looking for a Part Time experienced Reservations / Receptionist to join our small professional team. Our property caters for families, corporate guests as well as long and short term guests.

Ideal applicant must have minimum 6 months experience in a Hotel Reception position.  A proven track record in Customer Service is what we are looking for If this is you then read on.

NB: PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE HOTEL RECEPTION / RESERVATIONS EXPERIENCE For Atleast 6 months.

The skills that you need:

Fast Learner

Reservations 

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner (mandatory)

Ability to work various shifts (hours of operation are 8 am – 12 Noon, Mon to Fri, 9am to 1pm Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays) - 5 days per week.

-Takes pride in their presentation and can smile even when it's busy

-Punctuality

-Reliability

-Enthusiasm to work in a team environment

-Take initiative to assist guests & colleagues

-Confident with computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook Express, Hotel Management Systems and EFTPOS Systems

-Ability to work under pressure a must

-Problem solving skills

-Ability to work unsupervised
