Procurement Officer
to join our dynamic team at Melbourne Park.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with a wide range of people, has a keen eye for detail, and is looking to grow their career in a critical business support function.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head of Procurement, you'll support a range of procurement and contract management activities. You'll help maintain procurement systems, prepare reports, coordinate contract renewals, and contribute to key improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across a wide range of procurement and contract management activities
  • Coordinate reporting and assist with the preparation of data and insights for internal stakeholders
  • Help manage procurement systems and contract records, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Track and support key contract milestones such as renewals, supplier reviews, and insurance updates
  • Contribute to ongoing initiatives in the Procurement Maturity Growth Roadmap
  • Deliver low-risk procurement activities in line with policy and governance frameworks

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written – and enjoys engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • Great organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality, accurate work
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience in Procurement, Contract Management, or a related field is desirable
