Junior Receptionist

Control Devices are the distributor of many industrial and electrical components for commercial, industrial, mining, medical, agricultural and defence markets. Providing Joysticks, sensors, switches, hand controllers, grips, interface modules, meters and more. We also provide technical engineering advice and support to our customers. We have a Production facility in Gosford for R&D. Our head office is located in Sydney. We also have offices in NZ and around South-East Asia.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Answering and transferring incoming phone calls in a professional manner
· Basic data entry and clean-up of data
· Record keeping and archiving
· CRM management - new data entries – creating, updating and closing opportunities
· Filing and labelling
· Scanning and photocopying
· Updating weekly website sales register
· Management of incoming and outgoing shipments
· Booking, despatching and tracking of incoming/outgoing shipments
· Responding to customers with their order status and tracking details
· Collecting and/or dropping off mail
· Stocktake – half yearly and yearly
· Stock control and management
· Management of office supplies and office housekeeping duties
· Other supportive administrative tasks/duties required
Skills required:
· Microsoft office – Word & Excel
· Outlook/Email management
· High attention to detail
· Basic phone etiquette
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Multi-tasker
