This role is ideal for an entry-level, junior candidate within a Sales, Receptionist, Customer Service role that is looking to step into their long-term career within the Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Clinic.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys building genuine connections, and is passionate about helping people feel confident and cared for throughout their journey.

In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, playing a pivotal role in shaping their experience from the moment they walk through the door. This position blends administrative precision with sales acumen and emotional intelligence, making it perfect for someone who is both highly organised and deeply empathetic.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing appointment bookings and consultation schedules
  • Handling inbound enquiries and converting leads into consultations
  • Providing clear, compassionate communication to patients and medical staff
  • Ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for every client
  • Upselling products & services
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence

What We're Looking For

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Confidence, warmth, and a genuine interest in people
  • Empathy and compassion in patient interactions
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • High-level organisational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
  • Experience with medical software (Genie preferred) and CRM systems
  • Prior exposure to the healthcare or aesthetic industry is a plus
  • Must be an Australian citizen or hold a valid working visa

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
