Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator located in Varsity Lakes, QLD. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with regulations, assisting in procurement processes, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. The Contract Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.

  • Effective Communication skills
  • Experience in Procurement processes
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Varsity Lakes, QLD
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
