**About the role**
The Junior Administration Assistant is required to contribute to the provision of quality service by providing administrative support for the training centre in a professional and efficient manner. You will demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the training centre’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.
**The role will include**:
- Answer telephone calls and client inquiries to respond in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate learner enrolments and book learners into training courses using the Student Management System (SMS)
- Ensure learners meet the correct pre-requisite requirements for the relevant accreditation issuance in line with Regulations.
- Ensure accurate data entry for student enrolments, funding contracts, resulting, attendance, and award issuance.
- Collating all assessment and pre-requisite documents that form part of the final portfolio to issue a student with accreditations.
- Correctly filing and storing learner assessment and certification documents in the SMS
- Support the RTO with general administrative task completion.
**About You**
This is an entry level role that will suit recent high school graduate who is passionate about administration. This role will be based in our North Lakes office and to be successful, you must have the following:
- You will have strong customer service skills, with an ability to clearly communicate information both verbally and through written correspondence.
- You will have a keen eye for detail and be consistent in your commitment to quality.
- Multi-tasking comes easily to you and be confident in your ability to manage your time, and work well to deadlines.
- Have great computer skills and enjoy working in a team, be flexible and organised and able to prioritise your workload.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills within the training industry
