The Opportunity:

The Support Services Coordinator undertakes general office administration activities supporting office operations, including facilities management, travel arrangements, IT support, group policy maintenance and group social event coordination. The Support Services Coordinator is proactive, providing support to all brands and business departments. This role assists with the coordination, and performs a wide variety of administrative, clerical and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing a wide variety of administrative duties as well as office and management support.
  • Data entry as required.
  • Checking, stocktaking, and ordering office supplies including groceries, stationery, and general office supplies.
  • Maintaining IT equipment stock and orders.
  • Managing meeting room bookings.
  • Assisting with maintaining staff engagement and office activities.
  • Maintaining a clean and professional working environment for all staff.
  • Onboarding of resources (user set up, logins, organisation of equipment and resources required).
  • Offboarding of resources (account closures, equipment collection).
  • Assisting, when required with travel arrangements including new bookings, changes, cancellations, and liaises effectively with the travel supplier.
  • Intranet maintenance.
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Encouraging a safety culture throughout the broader business e.g. ensure adherence to policy / onboarding compliance
  • Supporting the effective running of Social Club meetings, events, and activities to drive a positive culture and working environment.

About You:

  • Previous administration experience preferred
