We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team at The Yankee's Restaurant and Bar. If you have a love for creating exceptional dishes, a strong work ethic, and experience leading a kitchen, we want to hear from you

As our Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation, and maintaining the highest culinary standards. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity to a thriving culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals consistently
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meets restaurant standards

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Creativity and passion for food
