The Role – Choose Your Path We're looking for a talented Project Manager OR Estimator to join our team. Your role will focus on either overseeing the delivery of exceptional projects or creating winning estimates for high-end works.

As a Project Manager:

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, turning drawings into stunning, functional spaces.
  • Coordinate teams of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, keeping projects on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Be the key point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and flawless outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, track variations, and drive project profitability.

As an Estimator:

  • Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive costings for complex joinery and fit-out projects.
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and site conditions to create winning proposals.
  • Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to balance quality, timing, and cost.
  • Work closely with management to support project feasibility, scope, and profitability.

Projects You'll Work On Our projects are diverse and high-profile, including:

  • Commercial Fit-Outs: Interior office fit-outs, aged care facility fit-outs, club refurbishments, shop fit-outs, hospitality fit-outs, and medical fit-outs.
  • High-End Residential Projects: Bespoke cabinetry, architectural joinery, and luxury finishes.
  • Specialist Joinery & Interiors: Commercial joinery, timber veneer and wall panelling, reception counters, boardroom tables, display units, fabric panelling, feature wall panelling, wet area joinery.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in high-end joinery, cabinetry, or fit-out, either as a Project Manager or Estimator.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver projects within budget or produce precise estimates.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret joinery/architectural drawings.
  • Hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.
  • Driver's licence and willingness to travel to site locations when required.
