About the Role

You will be the operations heartbeat — supporting our customer service team, food truck operations, drivers and management.

This role is fast-paced and hands-on. One day you'll be coordinating van schedules and customer bookings, the next you'll be supporting promotions, staff onboarding or working on weekly reports.

Key duties include:

  • Customer and internal support via phone, email & in person
  • Coordinating daily van schedules & job allocations
  • Preparing customer forms & service documents
  • Assisting with stock / uniform coordination
  • Data entry, reporting & general administration
  • Supporting staff onboarding and communication
  • Helping execute promotions & internal events

About You

You're positive, organised and thrive in a busy environment. You like structure, but can also handle curveballs and think on your feet.

You bring:

  • 2+ yrs admin, customer service or operations experience
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisation & time management
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident computer skills (Microsoft / Google Suite)

Bonus if you have:

Hospitality, logistics, rostering or workforce coordination experience.
