We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of customer service excellence and providing valued offerings to our customers. Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for an experienced admin to join our team based in McLaren Flat.

About the Role

  • Greeting on-site visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Assisting with daily office functions, including document management and generating reports for relevant departments
  • Perform basic accounting tasking, including invoicing, and generating reports.
  • Taking incoming calls and providing customers with solutions to their queries or directing them to the correct department
  • Performing outgoing calls as required to lost or new customers
  • Assisting Sales Manager and Depot Managers as required
  • Data entry into Excel and Pronto

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Experience with Excel preferred
  • Self-sufficient but able to work collaboratively between multiple departments
  • Problem-solving
