We're looking for a hands-on, fast-paced Admin & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of Munch Express. This role combines general administration with on-the-ground operational assistance. You'll be the go-to person to keep things organised, accurate, and moving quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration

  • Data entry, filing, and maintaining company records.

  • Assisting with invoicing, supplier accounts, and purchase orders.
  • Preparing daily/weekly reports for management.
  • Coordinating communications across depots and teams.
  • Operations Support

  • Assisting with stock management, deliveries, and ordering processes.

  • Helping with daily depot and fleet operations (pack-out, van scheduling, etc.).
  • Supporting HR with rostering, timesheets, and staff onboarding.
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day operational challenges.

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to juggle competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy – confident with spreadsheets, POS systems, and basic admin software.
  • Hands-on attitude – willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • Positive, problem-solving mindset.
