About UsAbout the RoleYou will be required to:
  • work closely with key stakeholders to execute the relocation
  • lead and coordinate pre-relocation activities, including the disposal of obsolete and surplus items, materials, equipmet and furniture
  • collaborate with VCAT's Emergency Management and Business Continuity Manager to ensure preparedness of the new venue
  • identify and assess relocation risks for staff and members
  • prepare and provide regular relocation status reports for due diligence and financial management
About You
  • experience in coordinating office relocations or fit-out projects, including managing logistics, assets, timelines and stakeholder communications
  • proven ability to engage with and support a diverse range of stakeholders through change
  • strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • strong self-management abilities with a commitment to achieve results
  • an understanding in approach to collaborate and gain consensus and support for an objective to reach a compromise
