Global Mobility Specialist Role Overview

We seek an experienced Global Mobility Specialist to support our international clinical workforce. You will manage the end-to-end relocation process for employees and their families, from pre-assignment planning to relocation.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the recruitment process, managing and coordinating global mobility assignments, liaising with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on global mobility policies and processes, developing relationships with local community organisations, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Global Mobility Specialist or similar role, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong organisational and project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage and coordinate global mobility assignments, including pre-assignment planning, immigration and compliance, relocation, compensation, benefits, and onboarding processes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide orientation, training, and support to new employees
  • Provide guidance on global mobility policies, processes, and requirements
  • Develop relationships with local community organisations to support inbound employees
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations
  • Monitor and track global mobility cases, ensuring timely communication with employees and stakeholders
  • Develop global mobility policies, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Global Mobility Specialist or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or international relations
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with an understanding of diverse needs and expectations
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex international regulations
