Relocation Specialist

This role involves delivering exceptional relocation services to Defence Force members and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire relocation process from initial contact to final settlement, ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are followed.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality customer service, manage relocation logistics, accommodation, and other necessary arrangements while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. They will also respond to routine telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner.

About You:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required;
