We are seeking a highly skilled relocation coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in client coordination within the relocation or travel industry.

This role involves displaying a flare for customer service, liaising with suppliers and developing relationships to ensure the best client experience. The relocation coordinator will also be responsible for acknowledging requests, responding to issues and handling escalations with a solution-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a logical approach that reassures clients around expectations and process. A time management expert who can prioritise and step it up when it's busy is essential for this role.
