About the Role

Due to continued expansion, Grace Corporate Services is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our national team on a 4-month maternity cover contract. As a Corporate Relocation Coordinator, you'll be the go-to contact for employees relocating both domestically and internationally. You'll provide end-to-end support, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients and their employees.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, providing personalised support to employees throughout their relocation journey
  • Coordinate domestic and international relocations, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and service partners
  • Manage accounts, including reporting, database updates, and invoicing

What We're Looking For

  • A customer service champion – passionate about delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in relocation or assignment management (preferred but not essential)
  • Understanding of HR processes related to employee mobility (a plus)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
