Relocation Services Coordinator

Job Description
\The Mobility Specialist plays a key role in delivering an extensive range of assignment management and relocation services to corporate clients nationally.
This role reports to the Mobility Manager and involves:
- Supporting employees relocating both domestically and internationally with pre-departure, on-arrival and settlement activities
- Coordinating domestic and international relocations
- Developing relationships with clients and service partners
Daily Account Management
In addition to relocation coordination, the Mobility Specialist is responsible for daily account management, including reporting, database management and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
\- Experience: At least 3 years' experience in relocation or assignment management
- Understanding of HR Role: Understanding of Human Resources' role in employee movements within an organisation
- Customer Service: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Client Relationship Building: Ability to create and maintain client relationships
- Administration Skills: Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time Management: Able to manage multiple deadlines and respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Teamwork: Team player with strong organisational and administration skills
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced skill level in Word and Excel
