The Mobility Specialist is part of a national team that delivers comprehensive assignment management and relocation services to corporate clients.

**Reporting to the Mobility Manager, key responsibilities include:**

- Supporting relocating employees with pre-departure, on-arrival, and settlement activities for domestic and international moves
- Coordinating domestic and international relocations
- Developing relationships with clients and service partners

In addition to relocation coordination, the Mobility Specialist maintains daily responsibility for accounts, including reporting, database management, and invoicing. Key qualifications and skills include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in relocation or assignment management
  • Good understanding of human resources' role within organizations regarding employee movements
  • Commitment and passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to create, maintain, and develop client relationships
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of managing multiple deadlines and responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Word, Excel
