This role is key to keeping our sales process running smoothly - from managing quotes to processing orders through our CRM and SAP systems. You'll provide vital support to both our State Sales teams and our customers.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Generation of quotes and following up with clients once received.
  • Implement procedures to ensure the timely execution of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through Salesforce.
  • Using Salesforce reports, ensure that all quotes and activities are followed up by the sales department.
  • Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works.
  • Process, order & manage approved quotes.

Your Skills
Success in this role will rely on your ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of people, along with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service in a highly competitive market. You will be responsible for providing quotes for our
industrial door
side of the business, so attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite is a must. Exposure to Sales Force (CRM) is a bonus, however you don't need to have working experience in our CRM, we provide full training

You will ideally have experience within the building industry, although candidates with successful backgrounds in other markets such as service-based industries are also encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone with an engaging, friendly personality and a professional phone manner. You will be a problem solver who has a 'can-do' attitude.

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
