About the Role

We are seeking reliable and professional Meeting Assistants to join our Melbourne team on a casual basis. These roles provide essential support during peak business periods and are a great entry point into the financial services industry.

As a Meeting Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our Client Relationship Managers at client Annual General Meetings (AGMs). You'll be responsible for greeting attendees, managing registrations, and assisting with poll counts to ensure meetings run smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register attendees at client meetings (such as AGMs).
  • Record attendance accurately in the meeting system.
  • Assist with vote counting and polling processes.
  • Provide general support as directed by the Meeting Manager.
