Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional service to clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate conferences, dinners, weddings, and private dining restaurant bookings
  • Manage daily administration, sales activities, and correspondence
  • Assist in lead generation and enquiry follow up
  • Work closely with back of house teams to ensure events meet client expectations

Be a Brand Ambassador for the hotel and Event Hospitality and Entertainment. Maintain attention to detail, provide efficient and friendly service, and work together with trust and respect for all colleagues and guests.
