Job Title: Events and Meeting Coordinator

Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the coordination of corporate hospitality facilities, meeting spaces, and daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Manage front desk reception, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
  • Coordinate mail collection and distribution with external partners.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of meeting rooms and employee kitchens.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maximize room usage efficiency.
  • Develop relationships with external vendors for event catering services.
  • Support senior staff with event planning and execution from concept to completion.
  • Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise event activities, including setup and coordination, to meet expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
