Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless meeting room operations with optimal IT equipment, layout and catering.
- Maintain high standards of tidiness in all meeting rooms after use.
- Coordinate efficient meeting room bookings and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Provide professional greetings to visitors and demonstrate awareness of client needs.
- Collaborate with the receptionist to deliver exceptional staff experiences.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork and time management skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data discreetly.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite software proficiently.
