What are we looking for?

Starting in the new year, we need an extraordinary Operations Support Officer to join our Toowoomba team, in a full-time capacity This is the perfect opportunity to commence your career within the building services industry and ideally you will have the demonstrated ability to perform a variety of different administration functions. This is an exciting role, within a fast-paced environment, with no 2 days the same The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Coordination involving planning and scheduling service requests for the trade technicians
  • General accounting administration function, including coding invoices and raising PO's
  • Liaising with a broad customer base ensuring completed service reports are accurate
  • Answering incoming calls & email enquiries for the Service Division

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you will be self-driven, have a very keen eye for detail, be organised, enthusiastic, able to demonstrate:

  • Looking for a new opportunity in 2026
  • An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in Simpro (or similar software) would be advantageous
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
