About the Role
As the Senior School Operations Officer, you will:
- Offer high-level advice to Principals, the Principal Advisor Regional Services, and regional staff on legal, policy, and procedural matters.
- Oversee customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with the Department's Customer Complaints Management policy and procedures.
- Draft timely and accurate briefings, submissions, and responses for senior stakeholders, including the Minister and Director-General.
- Build the capacity of Principals and regional staff to implement quality systems for complaints management and communication.
- Enhance administrative systems, processes, and communication channels to deliver high-quality services and outcomes.
