Qualifications
- CCTV, VMS experience in the local market.
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the CCTV market.
- Strong understanding of B2B ecosystem, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region, interstate and international.
