Based in the our Sydney CBD, as a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions that balance business goals, compliance, and employee experience. You'll work across award interpretation, restructures, and change programs. Helping leaders navigate the people side of organisational transformation with confidence and integrity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Provide expert guidance on complex ER matters, including restructures, redundancies, and investigations.
- Lead and support organisational design and change projects, ensuring smooth and compliant execution.
- Offer specialist advice on modern awards (particularly the Clerks, Miscellaneous, and Legal Services Awards), ensuring accuracy in pay and conditions.
- Partner with managers on performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Support remuneration benchmarking, annual reviews, and compliance across pay frameworks.
- Drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture through engagement and DEI initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience, ideally within a complex or multi-award environment.
- Deep understanding of industrial relations, awards, and employment legislation.
- Proven experience supporting restructures, redundancies, or organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – you're confident influencing at all levels.
- High integrity, discretion, and the ability to balance commercial and people priorities.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
