What you'll do


• Manage the Accounts Payable cycle: processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payment runs.


• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.


• Liaise with project and service teams to ensure accurate coding and approvals.


• Maintain accurate records and support month-end processing.


• Process weekly payroll, superannuation, and staff reimbursements.


• Contribute to general office and accounts tasks as you develop.

Requirements

  • Payroll experience is required.
  • MYOB experience is highly preferred.
  • Basic Excel skills (lookups, pivots, filters).
  • Interest in Simpro (job management) is a bonus.
  • Full Australian work rights are required for this position.
  • Hours, pay & location
  • Employment type: Permanent full-time or part-time (approx. 20–38 hours/week; flexible).
  • Work pattern: Hybrid (Acacia Ridge office + 1–2 WFH days by agreement).
