**Position Title**: Accounts Receivable Officer, Business Client Support

**Location**: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

**Company Overview**: Starline Security is a leading provider of security screens and doors, consistently breaking sales records. Since the launch of our Wholesale Ordering Portal in 2019, we have established ourselves as a premier wholesale B2B security screen and door company in Queensland. Our new Quoting Portal has further accelerated our growth, attracting more dealers and increasing demand. To support this expansion, we have significantly increased our production capacity and are now seeking to appoint a new team member in our Administration department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send Xero customer invoices based on Orders received
- Research and investigate discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges
- Match payments to invoice numbers and Ordering Portal Order numbers using Xero bank reconciliation
- Process EFTPOS over the phone and in-person transactions from customers
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing issues
- Manage the Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable Xero files
- Submit regular reports to management on accounts receivable operations
- Maintain Dealer Credit Limits in Xero contacts based on the Credit Insurance Approved Limits in consultation with the Administration Manager
- Communicate with Dealers regarding overdue invoices and Credit limit exceeded
- Send Xero Monthly Invoice Statements to Dealers
- Work with Purchasing and Production departments and the Business Development Sales Representative to ensure customer satisfaction to aid on time payments
- Assist receptionist with incoming phone calls
- Schedule installation bookings with business contractors ensuring regular communication over the phone

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years proven experience in accounts receivable role, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with bookkeeping, credit and accounting principles
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, Xero Accounting Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail in data entry.

**Remuneration and Benefits**:

- Salary: $65 to $75k depending on experience and performance.
- Plus Super
