The Gig:

We're CAPRI BLINDS– makers of awesome window coverings and shade solutions. We're on the hunt for an Internals blinds Assembler to join our team of legends who turn raw parts into sleek, functional, brag-worthy products.

This is hands-on work: drills, rivet guns, quality checks, lifting things (up to 20kg, so start doing those squats), and the sweet satisfaction of building something real.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Interpreting job sheets like a DIY master with a sixth sense

  • Using hand tools without accidentally drilling into the table

  • Assembling blinds that don't fall apart when someone breathes on them

  • Meeting production deadlines like a boss

  • Keeping your workspace tidy (your mum would be proud)

  • Labelling, packing, wrapping — it's like gift-wrapping, but industrial

  • Helping out your teammates when the going gets slow

What You Need to Bring:

  • Hand tool confidence

  • Ability to measure stuff correctly – this is not abstract art

  • English skills strong enough to follow instructions that aren't in emoji form

  • A solid back and a strong work ethic

  • Problem-solving skills – if MacGyver can do it with a paperclip, you can too

  • A good attitude, because we don't do grumpy here

  • Legal right to work in Australia

  • A body that can lift up to 20kg without calling in backup

Work Hours:

7:30am – 3:30pm
