As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing queries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider customer service and operations teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal systems
  • Maintain customer records and ensure data is up to date
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve customer issues
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases and customer complaints to ensure resolution

What You'll Bring

  • Working customer service experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in administration with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional phone manner and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Cin7 Core or similar ERP systems, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritise your work load.
  • Positive, helpful attitude with a commitment to contributing to a supportive team culture
