ICT Service Delivery Officer, Commencing Term 4, Permanent Fulltime

The College is seeking to appoint an ICT Service Delivery Officer (SDO) to commence in Term 4, 2025. This is a permanent opportunity for a full-time (1.0 FTE) SDO to join the team to assist with the management of an efficient and customer focussed IT Department.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while resolving basic IT issues, logging incidents, and escalating as required.
Comprehensive training will be provided so this role is ideal for someone with a passion for IT and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum Year 12 completion or equivalent
- Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children check (or the ability to obtain).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A demonstrable commitment to providing quality customer service
- Previous help desk experience (desirable)
