Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised
Contracts Administrator
to oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts within our organisation. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, and negotiate contracts of sale, agency agreements, and amendments.
- Ensure contracts of sale comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Prepare, interpret, maintain, review, and negotiate variations to contractor agreements and sponsorship contracts with suppliers.
- Work closely with sales agents to ensure contracts of sale (property) are accurate before execution.
- Work closely with business development managers to ensure managing agency agreement contracts are accurate before execution.
- Work closely with property managers and leasing executives to ensure tenancy agreement contracts are accurate before execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and legal counsel to resolve contractual issues.
- Negotiate Sponsorship packages and terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and facilitate sponsorship contracts between the business and suppliers.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to contracts.
- Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, modifications, and terminations.
- Support procurement and sourcing processes by reviewing supplier agreements.
- Process exchanged contracts of sale into the CRM system to update online portals.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on contractual matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong understanding of legislation and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and assess risks.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus.
