Responsibilities:
Operations Team Leadership: Direct the Operations Department, serving as a key liaison between cross-functional teams and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Client Engagement: Manage direct client interactions with a focus on product optimisation, post-installation briefings, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Production Oversight: Lead the planning and performance of Production Teams—including Assembly and Fabrication—while providing strong leadership and support to ensure high-quality output.
- Project Management: Drive projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and scope.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and document operational deviations, implementing timely and effective corrective actions.
- Site Supervision: Conduct on-site visits to supervise Installation Teams and perform pre-work assessments, maintaining a hands-on approach to quality and readiness.
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates should demonstrate advanced capabilities in project management, customer service, and team leadership. A background in the building industry is preferred, with additional experience in construction considered a strong advantage. Technical proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and a meticulous approach to safety and quality standards are essential. Proven leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and support staff are critical to success in this role.
