We’re looking for an exceptional leader to guide the next stage in the development of our Adelaide Bulk Operations.

You will be a person with a demonstrated track-record of success, who is motivated to grow their people and their business. In this role, you will be a key player in the Bulk Central Operations team, taking responsibility for the Dry Creek Operations Depot and Gillman Terminal.
**About the role**
You’ll be accountable for leading operational teams to ensure the delivery of safe, reliable and cost-effective supply chain services for our valued customers. You will:
- Lead and implement strategies to sustain a strong safety culture.
- Inspire and manage a team of Leaders to deliver exceptional people and operations results.
- Drive superior customer service outcomes through achieving and exceeding operational performance targets.
- Work collaboratively to identify and implement plans that harness opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act to mitigate risks within the region, supporting delivery of strategic goals, whilst ensuring flexibility for future opportunities.
- Shape and advise on the development and implementation of short-, medium
- and long-term strategic plans
- Build and manage internal and external relationships that will enhance the Bulk growth pipeline.
