Facilities Coordinator - Commercial Portfolio

Sydney CBD

6-Month Contract

Are you a proactive and organised facilities professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join a leading global property services firm and play a key role in managing a commercial office portfolio in the heart of Sydney.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across multiple commercial office sites
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and manage maintenance requests, compliance tasks, and safety protocols
  • Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Assist with reporting, budgeting, and procurement activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in facilities coordination or property management (commercial preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond quickly to issues
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations and building compliance
  • Tech-savvy with experience using FM systems (e.g., CMMS)

Contract Details:

  • 6-month contract with potential for extension
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Competitive hourly rate up to $55/hr
