We're partnering again with one of the country's most exciting wellness brands, renowned for their high-performance products, strong values, and in-house innovation. They're on the lookout for a Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator to elevate their organic and influencer marketing game.

About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll be the brand voice across social, owning the organic strategy, collaborating on creative content and growing relationships with influencers and brand partners. You'll also play a big role in campaign execution, compliance and content performance reporting.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the to be briefing content, engaging with creators, analysing metrics, jumping in on events and working closely with a supportive and talented team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn
  • Brief, ideate and collaborate with the in-house Content Creator
  • Build, manage & grow influencer and creator partnerships
  • Track UGC performance and optimise creator campaigns for reach & ROI
  • Own and manage the content calendar across channels
  • Monitor and report on social performance with monthly insights
  • Ensure brand voice and compliance (TGA, FSANZ, etc.) across all touchpoints
  • Engage with the online community and support event-based activity

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years commercial experience in a social or influencer-focused role
  • Proven ability to manage content calendars and multiple channels
  • Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills
  • Experience running UGC or affiliate/influencer campaigns
  • A genuine passion for the wellness industry and creating connection through content
