The Role — More Than Just Marketing
As the
Social Media & Brand Manager
, you won't just run campaigns, you'll set the direction. From Day 1, owning the Black Friday marketing campaign, you will also grow into the role to:
- Own the brand voice and make sure it shows up consistently, everywhere.
- Guide content and social strategy, supported by a Content Creator and external growth partners.
- Design email campaigns, launch products, brief creators, test new platforms, and use insights to sharpen everything you do.
- Modernise their digital tools, CRM, automation, eCommerce, building a system that scales with the right mentorship.
And as the founders step back, you'll step forward —
gaining full exposure to commercials, P&L, and leadership decisions
with a clear path to running the business.
Based in Penrith, you'll be the strategic mind behind their digital evolution as they embrace and keep up with full eCommerce transformation. Working alongside a Content Creator and external Growth Accelerator partners, this role comes with something most marketers can only dream of: complete creative ownership and a clear pathway to a leadership position.
You're the right fit if you:
Have 5+ years in strategic digital marketing or brand leadership (fashion/retail/consumer brands);
Combine brand storytelling, can craft compelling narratives AND get them seen;
Understand content production hands-on and can direct teams effectively;
Think commercially, understand a business's pain point, and you can measure success, optimise campaigns, and report ROI clearly;
Work independently with confidence as a leader, comfortable steering agencies and making decisions;
Can easily connect with people, who are empathy-led and are receptive to feedback;
Want to lead, grow a team, and are ambitious about growing into a General Manager role over time
