Spritz Cleaning Co is growing, and we're looking for a reliable Senior Cleaner to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available — please specify your preference in your application.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of recurring customer cleans (residential and commercial).
  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services to customer premises.
  • Train and mentor junior cleaners.
  • Supervise and lead teams on multi-cleaner jobs.
  • Handle customer calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Work mostly independently with a portfolio of regular clients.
  • Be available for some weekend work (not every weekend).
  • Assist in building social media content during spare time.
What We're Looking For

The right candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years residential cleaning experience.
  • Minimum 2 years commercial cleaning experience.
  • Experience supervising and training other cleaners.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceM8 app.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in their work.
  • Strong communication skills when dealing with customers and team members.
  • Solid knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, including how to tackle the toughest jobs safely and effectively.
  • Reliability and a self-motivated attitude.
