A brand new franchisee, full of energy and passion, is looking for a skilled full-time or part-time Baker to join our team.

We're after someone who:

  • Loves the smell of fresh bread at 3am (yes, we start early)
  • Brings experience, skill, and a great attitude to the bench, bowl and ovens
  • Has a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a new franchise's success.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

About the role:

  • Early morning starts.
  • Baking a wide range of high-quality breads and specialty products.
  • Maintaining food safety and workplace health & safety standards.
  • Assisting with training and supporting junior staff.
  • Working as part of a small, supportive team.
