Highly regarded Chairman Group is looking for experienced FOH & bartenders to join the growing team in Canberra, ACT.

We offer:

You must have:

  • at least 3 years' floor or bar experience,

  • basic knowledge in wines and beverages,

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills,

  • well-groomed appearance.

Job duties:

  • Attending to bar or floor operations;
  • Providing professional and attentive food and beverage service, including advanced fine dining service where required;
  • Assisting stock control and ordering;
  • Ensuring compliance with RSA, WHS, food safety and hygiene standards;
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest issues.

Senior bartender and supervisor roles are also available for candidates with advanced skills and extensive experience. Casual and part-time positions are available as well. (Please specify on your cover letter.)
