The Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised
Sales Operations Coordinator
to support our sales and business development teams. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly, our systems are accurate, and our teams have the tools and materials they need to succeed. You will also have the creative opportunity to design client-facing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral, helping to make every interaction professional and visually engaging. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing structured responsibilities with the flexibility to step in on ad-hoc operational, administrative, or project-based tasks as they arise.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain CRM systems and uphold sales hygiene by ensuring data accuracy and completeness, cleansing outdated records, managing pipeline stages, and tracking opportunities.
  • Manage websites and EDM campaigns to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and sales objectives.
  • Design and prepare client proposals, presentations, and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimise sales workflows and processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Assist the sales team with contract administration, purchase orders, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records of sales activity to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Support onboarding of new team members, training on CRM, sales processes, and proposal design tools.
  • Continuously review and update sales processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and best practices are maintained.
  • Step in on ad-hoc operational, administrative, or project-based tasks as required to support the team and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales support, business administration, or operations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive,Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar) for creating professional proposals and client-ready materials.
  • Understanding of sales hygiene best practices, including data accuracy, pipeline management, and process maintenance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
